1.2 NOACH provides disaster resilience solutions including real-time monitoring of floods, earthquakes, typhoons, and tsunamis, along with modular flood protection products for communities across ASEAN.

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform without authorization
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our data or services without permission
• Spread false disaster warnings or misinformation through our platform

6.1 NOACH offers the following services:

• Disaster Impact Observatory: Real-time monitoring of floods, earthquakes, typhoons, and tsunamis across ASEAN
• Early Warning System: Predictive alerts for natural disasters up to 12 hours in advance
• Flood Protection Products: Modular flood barriers for community and infrastructure protection
• Data Analytics: Historical disaster data and risk assessment tools

6.2 While we strive for accuracy, disaster predictions and warnings are based on available data and models. They should be used alongside official government warnings and are not a substitute for emergency services.

6.3 Product pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change. All purchases are subject to our delivery and refund policies.

7.1 All content on the NOACH platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and trademarks, is the property of NOACH or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

7.3 The NOACH name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of NOACH Sdn. Bhd.

8.1 The NOACH platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• All disaster predictions or warnings will be accurate or timely
• The data or information provided will be complete or current

8.3 NOACH is not a substitute for official government emergency services. Always follow instructions from local authorities during emergencies.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOACH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

9.2 Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or MYR 1,000, whichever is greater.

9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Malaysian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11.1 We collect the following categories of personal data:
